Different types of material that are stocked and tracked on board the ship are classified into 9 inventory categories viz. Book, Bonds, Charts, Medicines, Provision, Oils, Store (ISSA/IMPA Store), Parts and Components.

Capturing this receipt details automatically updates ROB of the corresponding inventory items. And you also record the consumption of inventory items from time to time to maintain an up-to-date inventory stock.
